Order cancellation policy :
We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.
(1) Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
(2) Orders cancelled after 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a 70% partial refund. ( We are arrange your order within 10 hours after received your order, when you canceled it, we will charge you 30% fee for material.)
(3)Order cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a 50% partial refund.
(4)Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you would like to cancel your order, please log in to My order, select the order you have placed and request cancellation. Or please clikc contact us to proceed.
We suggest you check the dress to make sure it has been made in accordance with your order sepcifications. Please try on your dress as soon as possible without altering,washing,or removing the tag. Please not that you need to contact us to initiate the returning processing.
If you are returing or exchangeing dresses, please make sure they are in original tags and packing, no smell of perfume or any other damage. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/size/error must be accommpanied byphotos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received.
If 7 days have gown by since you receive the dress, unfortunately we can not offer you a return and exchange.
1. Submit a return request at contact us to customer service within 7 days upon receiving your order .Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return. We reserve the right not to accept the returns without prior approval from our customer service.
2.We will provide provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address. Please send it back within 3-5 days through your local post office. Please send us the tracking number once you sihp it back.
3.All the return items will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed,it usually take 5-15 days back to your account which you make payment for this order.
For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process.
For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated.
Please not: We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
Return Shipping Costs & Address
We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. All of our other worldwide customers can return to our warehouse. Please always Contact Us prior to returning the items by submitting a ticket to obtain an R.M.A form (Return Merchandize Authorization) with the related address.
1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
Defective,Damaged or Mis-Shipeed Items:
you are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defe'ctive,damaged or mis-shipped.
Size or fitting Issue:
If your dress size differs form the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjust ments. In this case, we will reimbure you up to 40% of the product purchase price（exclude shipping cost).If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. The copy of the receipt must be provided to request reimbursement.
The settings of your counputer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color aberration may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. If you have recived the item totally in a wrong color, please contact with customer service to see if a return or refund is possible.
