Return & Refund Policy

We pride ourselves in our product quality with strict quality control checks in place. To provide you with additional peace of mind, we also offer a comprehensive 14 Day Return or Exchange guarantee for each orders. Buy with confidence and enjoy a great shopping experience!

Order cancellation policy :

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.

(1) Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

(2) Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a 70% partial refund. ( We arrange your order within 12 hours after receiving your order, when you canceled it, we will charge you 30% fee for material.)

(3)Order cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a 50% partial refund.

(4)Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.  

If you would like to cancel your order, please log in to My order, select the order you have placed and request cancellation. Or please contact us to proceed. 

Return Policy:

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your dresses. We will refund you the dress money once we get your parcel. But you will be responsible for all shipping fees. We will charge 30% material fee for custom-made dresses.

Please notice that all returned items must be in brand-new condition, with no smell of perfume or any other worn condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues and damage during shipping, color/style /size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence which can clearly show the problem when the item received.

If 14 days has gone by since you received the dress, we can't authorize the return and refund for the order. 

Return Process:

1. Submit a return request to within 14 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return. We reserve the right not to accept the returns without prior approval from our customer service.

2. We will provide you with our return address. Please send us the tracking number once you sihp it back. (Please remember that you need to provide the tracking ID that has tracking information to us in days since you opened the return request.) 

3. All the return items will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed,it usually take 5-15 days back to your account which you make payment for this order.

Please not: We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition. 

 Return Shipping Costs & Address 

We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. All of our other worldwide customers can return to our warehouse. Please always contact us for return address.

All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective, Damaged or Mis-Shipeed Items: 

We will assume the responsibility if your items are defective,damaged or mis-shipped. (Please provide relevant sufficient proof to confirm that there is indeed a problem.)

Color Mismatch:

The settings of your counputer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color aberration may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. If you have recived the item totally in a wrong color, please contact with customer service to see if a return or refund is possible.
