Return policy:
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 3 days of receiving your order. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days has gone by since you received the dress, unfortunately we can’t refund your money.
Please send us the tracking number after you ship this dress back. We will refund the dress money once we get your parcel. But you will be responsible for all shipping fees. We will charge 30% material fee for custom-made dress.
Please notice that all returned items must be in brand-new condition, with no smell of perfume or any other worn condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues and damage during shipping, color/style /size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence which can clearly show the problem when the item received.
